TESDA Sorsogon spearheads the validation of revised Competency Assessment Tools (CATs) in Hairdressing NC II
Technical Education and Skills Development Authority Sorsogon Provincial Office hosted the validation of revised Competency Assessment Tools (CATs) in Hairdressing NC II at TESDA Sorsogon Function Hall last March 15-16, 2017.
The said activity was part of the tedious process in the crafting of standards of the Competency Assessment Tools (CATs) in Hairdressing NC II that shall be used to track and determine whether the graduate’s performance is within the standards needed and required in the workplace.

The validation of which was participated by industry practitioners, senior high school students and assessors coming from different provinces in Bicol and National Capital Region was initiated by the Qualification and Standards Office of TESDA Central Office.

This is in pursuance to the agency’s continues pursuit in improving its services and standards that seek to reinforce development of Filipino workforce towards a productive and world-class skilled workforce in line with the government thrust which is “Malasakit at Pagbabago, TESDA, Susi sa Kinabukasan.”
