TESDA joins DOLE, DEPED, and CHED in an inter-agency forum on K-12 Transition Grants
Technical Education and Skills Development Authority participated in the inter-agency forum on K-12 transition grants spearheaded by Department of Labor and Employment along with DepED and CHED last April 21, 2017 at St. Louise de Marillac College of Sorsogon.

During the forum, TESDA Sorsogon Provincial Director Jose V. Serrano Jr. discussed the TESDA transition program such as the TVET integration in K to 12, TESDA and K-12 Law and its impact in the technical vocational education training (TVET). More so, PD Serrano explained TESDA’s interventions in the implementation of tech-voc courses in the K-12 program.

The said forum which was participated by those affected of the various initiatives that the government agencies are offering, aims to shed light on the issues and concerns with regard to the implementation of tech-voc programs in both public and private schools including the K-12 program.
