TESDA Sorsogon improves its front desk services
Technical Education and Development Authority Sorsogon Provincial Office remains committed in its pledge of achieving consistent customer satisfaction as the agency launches its newly-improved front desk services.
​
In line with this, the provincial office has also improved the process in the issuance of national certificates and certificate of competency through a faster and easier procedure in claiming certificates. Clients can now claim their NCs and COCs directly in the front desk for less than 15 minutes making it more convenient in the part of the clients.
​
The said improvement of services is one of the agency’s ways to make its services responsive to the market and clientele needs.
