TTIS and TVIS with TESDA registered programs undergo technical compliance audit

Technical Vocational Institutions with programs registered under Technical Education and Skills Development Authority in the province of Sorsogon underwent a technical compliance audit last September 27-30, 2016 as part of the National Technical Audit 2016.

The said audit aims to determine whether the facilities, equipment, tools, and materials that are required to deliver quality TVET programs are continuously compliant to TESDA standards and trainers are adhering to the TESDA Regulations.

Among the TVIs subjected to the technical compliance audit were A.G. Villaroya Technological Foundation Institute, Inc., Aemilianum College, Inc., Bicol Merchant Marine College, Inc., Veritas College of Irosin, Inc., ACLC College of Sorsogon City, Inc., Meriam College of Technology, Inc. (formerly: Onda Technology Training Center, Inc.), Belen B. Francisco Foundation, Inc. – Sorsogon, Data Base Technology Computer School, Inc.,  Speed Computer College, Inc., St. Louise de Marillac College of Sorsogon, Inc. – Gubat, Sorsogon Our Lady of Salvation College, Inc., St. Louise De Marillac College of Sorsogon, Inc. – Talisay, Southern Luzon Technological College Foundation Pilar, Inc., Estenias Science Foundation School, Incorporated and Sorsogon State College.

Other than TVIs, TESDA training institutions: Bulusan National Vocational Technical School and Sorsogon National Agricultural School (SNAS) also underwent the same technical audit.

​

The program registration under the UNIFIED TVET Program Registration and Accreditation System (UTPRAS) is one of the core processes of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority that was certified under the ISO 9001:2008 standards by TUV SUD Philippines.
